Well, that depends on how sad you are! JK. So typically, the amount of CBD you will be taking daily depends on a handful of things. First, let us be clear that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to CBD oil. Our own trials and clinical research have shown that what effect someone else has may not be the same as yours. This ties back to our Endocannabinoid (EC) System and the way in which our body interacts with these cannabinoids such as CBD, THC, etc. There are several factors at play that will determine how our CBD interacts with your body, but the beauty of this product is there aren’t any side effects! Below is a typical dosage table for CBD-
- 'Low' CBD use: 2.5 – 15 mg CBD per day
