How Much Don’t Be Sad CBD Should You Take?

Well, that depends on how sad you are! JK. So typically, the amount of CBD you will be taking daily depends on a handful of things. First, let us be clear that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to CBD oil. Our own trials and clinical research have shown that what effect someone else has may not be the same as yours. This ties back to our Endocannabinoid (EC) System and the way in which our body interacts with these cannabinoids such as CBD, THC, etc. There are several factors at play that will determine how our CBD interacts with your body, but the beauty of this product is there aren’t any side effects! That means there isn’t much downside and a whole lot of potential upside.

Below is a typical dosage table for CBD-

  • 'Low' CBD use: 2.5 – 15 mg CBD per day
  • 'Moderate' CBD use: 15 – 60 mg CBD per day
  • 'High' CBD use: 60+ mg CBD per day

We recommend you start out with a moderate dose of one dropper under your tongue. Hold that there for 20 to 30 seconds, and then swallow whatever residual you have left. I personally do this 3 times a day and I’ve felt a massive difference with anxiety relief, inflammation recovery, and a much better sleep cycle. Again, everyone is different! Some take longer than others to notice the effects and it could take up to 4 or 5 dosing before you really notice a change. Keep in mind, this isn't cannabis so you won't feel the major physiological/psychoactive "high" effect; but you should feel an overall sense of wellness and clarity. This has been my personal experience and its why CBD is now a regular part of my daily routine!"
